“Walking the Wild Edge,” Confluence Gallery

Twisp, WA:  August 12 – September 23, 2017

We invite you to contribute to the Walking the Wild Edge exhibit at Confluence Gallery in Twisp, WA. Walking the Wild Edge is in collaboration with the Methow Conservancy.
The show will open on August 12 and will run thru September 23.

Out of the shadow of the forest into the margin of the meadow emerges a coyote, or a deer. Moving from trees to water, a kingfisher plies its trade. There are many edges to nature and creatures that inhabit them. People too are attracted to these edges, whether for adventure, creativity, or escape.

Does stepping away from civilization move you out of your comfort zone, or into it?

Seeking submissions that reflect wildness, wilderness and nature, or human interaction with nature. 2D, 3D and multimedia submissions accepted, up to 3 pieces per artist.

Deadline: June 1, 2017

See Website for details.
